Description
“Ode to Love” is a portrait of the poetess’ state of mind which travels from a cave to ocean, from
mountain to desert, from love to despair. There are some poems which reflects the ambiguity of
the society, the prejudice of the ages, the century old stigmas. Yet her writings tell the readers of
the hope, of the lights!
There are the poems of love, friendship and nature in the books. The writer tries to bring back the
wings once lost because of the norms, unruly rules of the society and tries to ask the readers
whether it is mandatory to roam around the circle set for them by others. She asks the readers
whether their souls are free to break the boundaries and eyes are open to see the celestial lights.
As an amateur poet she is ready to listen to any criticism and promises to correct her writings
accordingly.
Last but not the least, she is ever grateful to Pencil Publications for keeping faith in her writing.
